Welcome to the Antweight Wiki!
The Antweight Wiki (www.antweights.co.uk) is a project that started in October 2006 to provide a central encyclopedia of information about Antweights - the 150g class of fighting robot. Hopefully, the Wiki will become a valuable source of information to both new and experienced roboteers, but it can't achieve this without your help! If you have any questions regarding the Wiki, please see ourtext/html2022-07-29T15:22:51+00:00admin (admin@undisclosed.example.com)wiki:frequently_asked_questions

Antweight World Series
The Antweight World Series (AWS) is the longest running competition for Antweights. It has been held up to three times a year for the last decade. The first Antweight World Series took part on the 26th September 1999, in Reading, England. It was much smaller back then, with just 6 ants in attendance. It is now in its 12th year and the 30th AWS - celebrating 10 years of the competition - took place on the 14th of November 2009.text/html2014-01-11T21:14:30+00:00admin (admin@undisclosed.example.com)flippers

Flippers
Flippers are one of the most popular weapons. At a basic level, a flipper consists of an arm designed to slide under the opposing robot, and then raise up-wards to turn the opponent over. If the other robot has no way of getting back onto its wheels this can prove an effective means of immobilising it.text/html2012-05-30T19:09:15+00:00admin (admin@undisclosed.example.com)export.png
